As soon as we embark on a new project we ask ourselves how we can support our clients’ wider societal goals, engage with local communities, and leave a lasting impact. This might include building sustainability into the fabric of a medical facility, ensuring we transfer skills to local nationals and build essential medical capability, or looking beyond our projects into the community to see if we can help in some small way.
Iqarus’s approach to local community engagement focuses on leaving a positive legacy in the areas of Health, Education and Infrastructure. Our main delivery methods include staff volunteering, the donation of medical equipment/supplies, and charitable contributions. Where possible, we source promotional materials from the local communities in which we operate.

Iqarus is committed to protecting the environment. We work to prevent pollution, reduce waste and ensure that, wherever practical, measures are implem...ented to protect and preserve natural habitats, flora and fauna. We build environmental and sustainability considerations into our operational plans. This includes ensuring we promote environmental awareness among our suppliers, contractors and partners through the implementation of standard operating procedures. We are taking action to eliminate or reduce, as far as practicable, waste. We also donate used computers, mobile phones, and other technology to charity for refurbishment, reuse or resale.
